How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 5–8 business days.
Please note that orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, KageTee only ships within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping or delivery to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

- Refunds are processed within 10 days after your return is approved
